What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Express Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional service experiences for our customers.

Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs

  • Perform work outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Complete oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and fluid inspections
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, engine, transmission, and air conditioning systems
  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify issues accurately
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Shop Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials
  • Work directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional repair recommendations and estimated repair times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Properly maintain dealership tools, equipment, and service manuals
  • Operate all equipment and tools safely and responsibly

Customer Experience

  • Deliver high-quality workmanship with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Help create a positive customer experience through professionalism and communication
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
