Entry Level QA Black Box:- 

Consultant contributes in software testing and/or software quality control including automated and manual test scripting.

Must Have:-

  • Flexibility to adapt to a team consisting of people from multiple technical background and multiple skill level 
  • Ability to understand a user story/requirement and come up with test cases and test scenarios for that 
  • Working concepts of Web Services 
  • Ability to create structured test plans & approaches
  • Able to be self directed in researching detailed Requirements and developing associated Test Cases
  • Able to communicate technical requirements to a development team
  • Ability to dig into technical problems and write clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reports
  • Ability to coordinate product testing for software release.
  • Ability to execute testing in a prioritized and structured manner


Nice to Have :-

  • Object oriented programming concepts 
  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language 
  • Working knowledge of Test Management tool like HP Quality Center/ALM/QTP etc.
