Position Summary

Conhagen is seeking an Entry-Level Rotating Equipment Mechanic to develop a career in industrial equipment repair. This position will assist experienced mechanics with inspection, disassembly, repair, and assembly of rotating equipment while gaining hands-on training in mechanical repair practices, safety procedures, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in working with industrial equipment in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced mechanics with the inspection, disassembly, repair, and assembly of rotating equipment.
  • Support repair activities involving pumps, turbines, compressors, motors, gearboxes, blowers, and related mechanical equipment.
  • Learn proper mechanical repair procedures, safety practices, and industry standards.
  • Assist with cleaning, preparing, and organizing components during repair activities.
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with basic measurements and inspections under the guidance of experienced mechanics.
  • Support equipment repairs by preparing tools, materials, and work areas.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
