Member Services Specialist -Entry Level

(Seasonal Contract Opportunity)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Contract
Duration: Approximately 5 Months Seasonal (Potential for Extension and/or Permanent Hire) Re-Starts annually 
Pay Rate: $18.00 per Hour

Position Overview

C4 Technical Services is seeking customer-focused and compassionate Member Services Specialists to join our team for a seasonal opportunity. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers, assisting with benefit questions, medication inquiries, and order processing needs.

This position involves a high volume of inbound phone calls and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers regarding prescription benefits, medications, and account inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Process requests and document interactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and all Prime Therapeutics policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Remote Work Requirements

Candidates must have a dedicated home office environment that meets company standards, including:

  • Reliable high-speed internet service.
  • Workspace with appropriate desk and chair.
  • Ability to work without frequent interruptions.
  • Equipment setup completed prior to training.
