FULL TIME ENTRY LEVEL TECNICAL PROPOSAL WRITER

ABOUT US:

Fidelity Partners is a Inc. 5000, USA company that provides medical, technical, logistical, and administrative services to the federal government and commercial Clients across the country. Fidelity offers competitive salaries and benefits packages.

Fidelity is currently seeking a San Antonio, Texas based technical writer to research, write, and edit persuasive proposals, grant applications, or contract requests (RFPs). This role typically requires 40 hours per week, involving close collaboration with corporate team members and subject matter experts to meet strict submission deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFPs: Read and dissect requests for proposals, grant guidelines, or tender requirements to identify core criteria and compliance rules. 
  • Write and Edit: Draft clear, compliant persuasive text—including executive summaries, technical sections, and past performance overviews—while proofreading for accuracy and tone. 
  • Gather Information: Interview proposed candidates and subject matter experts to collect credentials, and other required RFP documents
  • Manage Content: Maintain and update reusable content libraries, templates, and past project databases for efficient future use.
