Your role and responsibilities
As an Associate Strategy Specialist in IBM's Enterprise & Industry Strategy practice, you'll help organizations solve complex business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and create long-term value through strategy, transformation, and innovation.
As part of our Enterprise & Industry Strategy practice, you'll work with clients to reimagine business models, improve performance, enhance customer and employee experiences, and navigate evolving market dynamics. No two projects are exactly alike-you could support organizations across healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing industries.
Work side-by-side with experienced strategists, consultants, data specialists, AI practitioners, and business leaders to solve real-world challenges. Through mentorship, career coaching, certifications, AI-enabled consulting, and hands-on client experiences, you'll develop the skills needed to grow into a future consulting leader.
