Job Description:

Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist focused on digital and campaigns, you'll support the systems, data, and processes that power demand generation and sales outreach. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in marketing technology, and takes pride in clean data and smooth execution. You'll help run campaigns in Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce, build and maintain targeted lists from ZoomInfo, support lead routing and CRM hygiene, and keep work organized in Monday.com. You'll also help document processes and produce reporting that helps the team improve performance over time. Event support may be included occasionally, but the core focus is marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy email campaigns in Pardot (Account Engagement) using established templates: load lists, apply segmentation, run QA/testing, schedule sends, and monitor initial performance.
  • Source and maintain targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and Salesforce: segment by ICP criteria, validate required fields, remove duplicates, and prepare clean lists for marketing and sales outreach.
  • Maintain campaign operations documentation (checklists, SOPs, naming conventions) and help standardize repeatable processes across Pardot, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
  • Support Salesforce CRM operations: maintain campaign records, associate leads/contacts to campaigns, help with basic lead routing support, and complete regular data hygiene tasks (standard fields, deduplication, and status updates).
  • Track and report on campaign and funnel performance (deliverability, engagement, lead flow, conversion), help maintain dashboards, and surface data quality issues that impact reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support clean handoffs and shared definitions (e.g., lead statuses, required fields, routing rules), escalating issues and helping keep SLAs on track.
  • Provide occasional support for webinars/events (registrations, list uploads, reminders, and post-event list cleanup) as needed.
  • Manage marketing ops work in Monday.com: intake requests, track tasks and timelines, maintain statuses, and ensure stakeholders have visibility into progress and dependencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related role (internships and co-op experience welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data (spreadsheets, sorting/filtering, basic formulas); able to spot inconsistencies and follow processes.
  • Experience (or coursework) with marketing/CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, and Monday.com is an asset; willingness to learn and follow documented processes is required.
  • Comfort documenting work (checklists/SOPs) and performing QA before launches; able to manage multiple requests without losing details.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to grow your career and learn multiple aspects of marketing.
  • Flexible work environment.
  • Mentorship and professional development.
