Job description

Our Marietta based IT company is seeking a self-motivated entry Level I Technician possessing excellent communication and organizational skills. The applicant must be able to work in a customer-facing, team-based dynamic work environment and will be based in the Savannah, GA office. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enter the IT world or for someone who is currently enrolled in IT classes and wants to gain on the job experience. Some previous IT experience is valuable, but not required for the position.
Job Duties Include:
• Daily patch checks for Windows devices across all clients
• Utilization of RMM and PSA product to monitor clients’ PC’s and servers
• Patch remediation and escalation.
• Patch status reporting for clients
• A/V and malware monitoring using multi-tenant dashboard.
• A/V and malware status reporting for clients
• Backup status and quality assurance
• Daily backup reporting for clients
• File recovery tests and reporting for clients
• Assist Level II/III techs with onsite desktop refreshes.
