Assemblers – Soldering & Manufacturing

Location: Sherwood, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our team in Sherwood, OR. Candidates will help build, assemble, and test components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have openings for both specialized soldering roles and general assembly roles.

Positions Available:

  1. Assembler – Soldering & Crimping (2 openings)
    • Experience with D-sub soldering (e.g., D-sub example).
    • Proficient in crimp contact crimping (e.g., crimp example).
    • Soldering skills are valued; candidates slightly above entry-level (Tech I range) are encouraged to apply.
  2. Assembler – General Manufacturing (3 openings)
    • Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
    • Work includes assembly of lift tilts and 30W components.
    • Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
