We are seeking two entry-level IT Technicians to support a Next Generation technology rollout involving laptop and mobile device upgrades and deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist with laptop and mobile device upgrades, deployments, and replacements.
  • Prepare, configure, and test laptops, smartphones, and related IT equipment.
  • Install required software, applications, updates, and security configurations.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of deployed, replaced, and assigned devices.
  • Support device setup, data migration, and user onboarding as required.
  • Follow IT deployment procedures, security standards, and project guidelines.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support teams.
  • Provide professional and timely support to end users during the rollout.
Required Qualifications
  • Entry-level IT experience, internship, or relevant technical training.
