Technical Recruiter (onsite)

Seeking to add a motivated, driven, creative and open-minded individual to our team in downtown Houston to work with us at our office at POST Houston.

This entry level recruiter will have the opportunity to work with some of the recruiting industry's veteran Recruiters and Sourcers, including former SpaceX employees, which have hired talent for Elon Musk's rocket company, at the highest caliber.

You'll be able to make a direct impact from day one, finding the high caliber talent our clients need to develop the cutting edge, industry leading technologies they're known for.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO…

  • Learn the craft from some of the best, proven Recruiters in the business
  • Partner with local and remote recruiting teammates, in order to provide support for ongoing talent searches
  • Identify talented individuals for job openings
  • Discover what it takes to find those purple squirrels
  • Drive social media initiatives for attracting candidates to job opportunities
  • Research client companies along with their competitors, in order to better understand talent markets and trends
  • Review resumes and incoming applicants
  • Coordinate meetings, phone screens, interviews, etc.
  • Conduct initial phone/video screens with prospective candidates
  • Create and maintain job ads
  • Plan and execute communication outreach campaigns
  • Promote upcoming events via various channels (i.e. – phone, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Partner and build relationships with key university personnel for networking and identifying top alumni talent
