Call Center Representative

Tempe, AZ (Onsite)

Overview | Growth Opportunity

This opportunity is with one of the largest mortgage lenders and servicers in the United States. The Performing Loan Consultant role offers a strong entry point into the mortgage and financial services industry, with clear pathways for long-term career growth.

Role Details

Contract Type

  • Contract-to-hire (approximately 4.5 months)

Location

  • Onsite, five days per week
  • Tempe, AZ 85288

Compensation

  • $21/hour during contract period
  • Bonus eligibility upon full-time conversion
  • Average monthly bonus: approximately $1,500
  • Top performers: up to $2,500/month

Schedule

  • Availability required between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Strict attendance expectations

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately document interactions and navigate multiple systems

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience
