One of our operating companies,ย ABit Systems, is looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Internal Sales Representative to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to build a long-term career in technology sales within a supportive and fast-moving IT business.ย Full training and mentoring will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into the IT industry and develop valuable commercial and technical skills.

Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Representative at ABit Systems, you will work closely with our extensive customer portfolio to identify sales opportunities across our suite of IT solutions -ย  including managed services, telephony, cybersecurity and software licensing. You will play an important role in supporting customer relationships and driving growth across our fantastic client base.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers
  • Processing quote requests and managing incoming sales enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up and communication
  • Consulting with customers via phone calls, online meetings and occasional site visits
  • Updating internal systems with customer information, sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives such as newsletters and outreach campaigns
  • Working toward achievable KPIs and growth targets while continuously developing your skills
