Job description

Recognized four years in a row as a Best Place to Work in the Triangle (Triangle Business Journal), #2 Ranked Sales Organization (RepVue, 2024), nationally ranked on Glassdoor as a top medium-sized company, and awarded Partner of the Year (2025) by the UNCW Sales Excellence Center.

Overview

This is a high-activity, entry-level tech sales role focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for 4-6 months before leading to a full-time permanent role. You will be exposed to many local technology companies, from seed-stage software start-ups, to large, multinational technology corporations. You will gain experience working hand-in-hand with our partnered companies during your tenure pitching software products to leaders and influencers in a variety of industries.

In addition to building your sales experience through high-volume prospecting (115 calls per day) and continuous, hands-on training with our management team, you will simultaneously build a large and high-quality network of professionals in both sales and novel technologies in the booming Research Triangle, NC. Our high-performing graduates typically have their pick of employment in tech sales in the area due to the intense training process and massive network that our company affords. 95% of candidates secure a role during the program, with 85% staying in their next position for a year or better. Graduates typically transition into SDR roles with a substantial increase in compensation and clearly defined career growth opportunities.

REVGEN's training covers product knowledge, sales methodology, business insight, and will put you in a prime position to succeed. Unlike other sales training programs, REVGEN values a "Boots On The Ground" approach -- our program is intense, hands-on, and supportive. We value individuals who are creative, exceptional communicators, hungry, and have a track record of success and advancement.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of high achievement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, challenging and FUN environment
  • Willingness to learn and absorb material quickly
  • Self-motivation with a constant sense of urgency
  • Attention to the details; organized and focused
  • Professional discernment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • Military experience appreciated

Perks

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
  • PTO & Paid Holidays
  • Health Benefits + RelyMD
  • Strong team culture
  • Office perks (coffee, snacks, ping-pong, music, & dogs)

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Job Type: Full-time

On Target Earning (OTE): $42,000.00 /year ($30k Base + uncapped commission)

If you're looking to break into tech sales and are motivated by growth, challenge, and long-term career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
