The FRS has a deployment model that includes Paramedic Engines, 24 hour shifts and a 56 hour work week.

Military Experience Bonus: Applicants may receive a one-time military experience bonus, as a percentage of the entry level salary for the offered position. This military bonus is for current reservist, or for those that were honorably or medically discharged.
