Locations: NYC, NY Job Description: • Serve as a Network Operations Center Technician • Provide first line of network defense for production user environments • Monitor and provide alerts across a wide network of products and installations • Work as an entry-level systems administrator ◦ Provide technical support to a large group of geographically dispersed users • Collaborate with engineers/developers to drive a high availability of deployed products • Provide signal around product bugs and issues • Enable continuous delivery of product bundles through: ◦ Data transfer operations ◦ Patch deployments • Work with remote and local engineers to debug product issues • Provide diagnostic signal to developers on product performance and data health • Perform Front end and Back end administrative tasks and user management Qualifications: • NOC/Systems Administration experience • 8570 Compliant Certification (Sec +, CISSP, etc.) • Strong understanding of hardware and Software troubleshooting fundamentals • Experience collaborating with engineers to complete tasks • Experience working direct customer support or internal team support • Experience with monitoring systems • Basic Linux experience (preferred) • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, PHP, etc.) (preferred) • TCP/IP networking fundamentals • Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms like AWS or OpenStack (preferred) Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Job Type: Full-time
