USA Renovations is a specialty construction services provider for all industries focusing on commercial facilities. Our Flooring Division offers popular and long-lasting polished concrete and epoxy floors, while our facilities Division provides cost saving ceiling restoration high dusting, final construction cleans, and much more!

The Mission: To provide essential support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various departments. The Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in upholding the company's core values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence while facilitating day-to-day functions and fostering a positive work environment.

We are seeking a new Admin Assistant to join our growing team.

  • Assist in data entry for the setup of all contacts
  • Manage social media posting 2-3x a week consistently (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
  • Manage the breakroom by ordering supplies and maintain ownership of keeping the breakroom stocked
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying
  • Updating various information in internal systems across multiple departments
  • Organize company-wide events to celebrate holidays, big wins, or birthdays
  • Assist with other team members in various accounting, floors, facility, Sales, or operations projects
  • Answer all incoming office calls and forward the call to the appropriate person.
