Swagelok Louisiana is seeking an experienced administrative professional who enjoys being the trusted person others rely on to keep things organized, support leaders, and help the office run smoothly.


The role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with office coordination and employee and customer event support. It is best suited for someone who values administrative support as a profession, enjoys variety, takes pride in follow-through, and likes being part of a collaborative team.


Because this person will occasionally communicate at companywide meetings and events, we are looking for someone who is polished, well spoken, articulate, and comfortable representing the company in a professional but personable way.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to leaders and multiple departments, including the President
  • Assist with reports, presentations, data compilation, document maintenance, and general office coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, customer training logistics, and sales administration support activities
  • Help plan and execute employee events, customer events, and company meetings, including leading the company Social Committee
  • Support office operations, including supplies, vendors, service coordination, greeting guests, and general administrative support
  • Support quality activities, including document revisions, record review, reporting, and follow-up on due and overdue records
  • Handle occasional offsite errands and other support responsibilities as needed


What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required'
  • 4+ years of recent administrative, office coordination, executive support, or related experience strongly preferred
  • Polished presence, sound judgment, and interpersonal maturity
  • Interest in a long-term administrative support role within a friendly, team-oriented environment
  • Experience providing administrative support to managers or leaders preferred
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or training logistics preferred
  • Superior organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being comfortable communicating professionally in meetings and group settings
  • Accuracy, initiative, professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork
