Job description:
โ€ข Provides administrative, technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas, primarily Engineering Property System, Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Operations.
โ€ข These employees are primarily responsible for the manual receiving, storage, movement or shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.
โ€ข Will perform a combination of manual and clerical duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, company vehicles, as well as computers and various application to process and maintain data.
โ€ข Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
โ€ข Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver to shop floor.
Basic Qualifications for Supply Chain Technical Coordinator:
โ€ข High School diploma or equivalent and 1-year additional education and/or related experience
โ€ข Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
โ€ข Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving
โ€ข Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers
โ€ข Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications for Supply Chain Technical Coordinator:
โ€ข Advance experience in SAP S4 Goods Issue and Good Receiving transactions
โ€ข Must know how to read Stores Pick Tickets
