RaceTrac Company Overview
Job Description:
The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst supports all systems relating to RaceTrac's warehousing and Supply Chain operations. This individual works both independently and as part of a team to facilitate and enhance all of the various systems that are deployed by RaceTrac. The analyst is a subject matter expert with all Supply Chain Systems and will remain up to date on current business applications and uses. This role is heavily technical and should have detailed understanding of: system integrations, data manipulation, data transformation, UAT processes and process mapping.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a liaison and technical expert between Supply Chain business users and Information Systems Department to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
  • Attend meetings with IS resources to prioritize development needs for future system modifications and enhancements.
  • Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the processes, associated technologies, and master data sources for all Supply Chain software solutions.
  • Lead (UAT) testing efforts for new systems and updates/upgrades to current systems.
  • Provide high-quality service to end-users and partners regarding questions, concerns, and overall support while identifying ways to increase adoption, understand needs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a technical expert in their respective area who interfaces with the third party supplier, the IS team, and all internal/external users.
  • Facilitate end-user and new hire training for software processes, transactions, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and offer solutions in coordination with the affected parties (IS, vendor, business user etc.).

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering from an accredited 4-year college or university, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years experience using advanced computer skills (super-user level) including the following applications is preferred: Supply Chain based systems (e.g. Warehouse Management System, Demand Planning System, Transportation Management System, etc.), SQL Server, MS Office advanced functionalities for analysis
  • 1+ years experience with Supply Chain concepts, practices, procedures and business applications preferred
  • Proven record of gathering, organizing, analyzing, and communicating business requirements between business users and technical personnel
  • Proven experience leading organizational projects from onset to implementation
