We're hiring a Project Manager - Temporary Structures Division, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of industrial temporary structure projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (additional hours and travel as project demands require)
Travel: 45-50%
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple temporary structure projects from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate field installation crews, subcontractors, transportation, and equipment to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Conduct pre-job planning, site visits, and project kickoff meetings to identify logistics, safety requirements, and project risks.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.
  • Monitor project budgets, job costs, change orders, and project profitability.
  • Ensure all installations comply with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
  • Partner closely with the sales, operations, logistics, and service teams to provide seamless project execution.
  • Track project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to customers and leadership.
  • Perform final project inspections and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve project execution, safety, and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strong project management, organizational, and scheduling skills.
  • Experience managing multiple construction or industrial projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA compliance.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly in dynamic field environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with temporary structures, clear-span structures, industrial tents, temporary warehouses, modular facilities, scaffolding, or similar construction projects.
  • Experience supporting refinery turnarounds, industrial shutdowns, petrochemical facilities, manufacturing, commercial construction, or large industrial projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, industrial services, equipment rental, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading field operations and managing customer-facing construction projects.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk active construction sites and uneven terrain for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders and safely access temporary structures when necessary.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer job sites throughout the assigned territory.
