VSSI STAFFING HALTOM CITY IS HIRING ASSEMBLER S FOR A CLIENT IN SOUTH FORT WORTH. OIL & GAS INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.

Job Overview 

  • POSITION: ASSEMBLER- MFG. 
  • SHIFT: M-F - 5AM-3:30PM (OT as required) 
  • LOCATION: 76134 
  • PAY RATE: $18-24 PER HOUR  
  • DURATION: TEMP TO PERM AFTER MIN. 90 DAYS. BENEFITS ONCE PERM. PAID HOLIDAYS AS A TEMP. 
  • ENVIRONMENT: MFG/WHSE FACILITY, jeans/pants, shirt and steel toes are required. Non-climate-controlled facility. 


We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assemblers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with various tools and equipment. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring quality standards are met. 

Duties 

  • Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality. 
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to fabricate parts and complete assemblies. 
  • Perform inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to maintain efficient workflow. 
  • Operate forklifts as needed to transport materials within the warehouse or factory setting. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols. 
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process and report them to supervisors. 

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in assembling manufacturing facility is preferred. 
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. 
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints or assembly instructions. 
  • Digital and dial caliper experience preferred. Must have measurement/math skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. 
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs. unassisted) and stand for 10+ hours per shift. 
  • Forklift experience is required. 
  • Excellent attendance is mandatory.

  • CLEAN CRIMINAL HISTORY REQUIRED 
  • PASS A DRUG TEST REQUIRED 
  • DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIRED 
  • VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
