The role of Licensed Mental Health Therapist is primarily remote, which allows for a flexible work-life balance while engaging directly with clients through teletherapy options. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s background and treatment goals.
• Offer support and intervention for clients experiencing acute crises, employing crisis management techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, to coordinate an integrated approach to client care.
• Empower clients and their families by educating them about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs when necessary.
• Dedicate time to ongoing professional development through participation in workshops, training sessions, and other educational opportunities to remain updated on the latest mental health practices.

Our clients represent diverse backgrounds, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with those experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. A commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity is essential, as understanding the unique experiences of each client will enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Active license in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic proficiency.
• A minimum of two years of related mental health experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide care autonomously while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.

• Prior experience in an outpatient therapeutic setting is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
