• Client Counseling: Engage with clients through video sessions, facilitating discussions that promote emotional exploration and mental health improvement.
• Goal Setting: Collaborate with clients to define and articulate personal goals and treatment objectives.
• Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions using your clinical expertise, developing effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate, guiding them through their therapy process and encouraging self-discovery and personal growth.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity cases, allowing for focused and meaningful therapeutic engagement. Each client will be carefully screened, ensuring their readiness for counseling and maximizing the efficacy of their treatment. • Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential issued by the state board—limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to make informed evaluations and decisions related to treatment planning.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathetic communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort and competency in utilizing technology and online platforms for counseling purposes.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, working with diverse populations, or in outpatient office settings will be favored. Experience in creating and implementing solution-focused treatment plans is also beneficial.

• Salary: Competitive compensation structured between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, depending on experience and hours worked.
