Reports To: Commissioning Manager

 

Target Base Salary:  $65 - 75k (based on experience)

  • % sites Commissioned prior to energization

MISSION: Commission Sites On time!

Job Summary: IONNA is looking for a full time Commissioning coordinator to support the commissioning of our locations after site energization.  This unique role will support both our commissioning and field service teams.   The ideal candidate has previous experience working various coordination activities within a start up or fast paced organization.  This is a great opportunity to join IONNA at the ground level with lots of growth potential for the driven individual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate data entry and review of commissioning information within Salesforce and Procore
  • Action all digital site set up within our various tools and asset management software. 
  • Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure timely commissioning of all sites. 
  • Dispatch and schedule in house and 3rd party commissioning teams to ensure successful on time commissioning of all sites. 
  • Perform all commissioning activities required to successfully commission any assigned sites.
  • Pass all relevant commissioning trainings and certifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve/escalate issues identified during commissioning. 
  • Pick and ship all commissioning materials on time to site. 

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 yrs of previous experience executing coordination activities within a start up or similar fast paced role. 
  • Desired: Experience with commissioning switchgear and related power systems. 
  • Winning attitude that embodies the concept of extreme ownership
  • Flexibility and organizational skills to handle multiple diverse activities at once.
  • Ability to work late nights/off hours/weekends to achieve the mission
  • Experience with Salesforce service cloud and Procore
  • Frequently lifting or moving packages up to 50Lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in e-mobility.
