Location : Fremont, Ca and San jose, CA.

Shift: Morning Shift: 5 am to 1.30 pm Swing Shift: 1.30pm to 10pm

Rate: $20-$23/hr(DOE)

Exp needed- 0-5 years: 2 positions(Paint Prep and Deburr Technician)

Paint Prep Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Paint Prep Specialist to prepare metal parts for painting and powder coating by precisely masking areas with tape, plugs, and caps. This is a great role for patient individuals who thrive in hands-on, highly accurate work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review & Mask: Read blueprints to identify unpainted surfaces and accurately apply masking materials to large batches.
  • Organize & Inspect: Track parts by job number, remove masking post-paint, and verify protected areas stayed clean.
  • Stage: Safely move completed batches to paint staging areas.

Work Environment & Physical Needs

  • Physical: Ability to stand at a workstation for your shift, perform repetitive precision tasks, and lift 5–20 lbs safely.
  • Environment: Clean, relatively quiet shop with adjustable workstations to minimize strain.
