Position Highlights:
- Medication management, addiction medicine and internal medicine primary care.
- Experience prescribing Suboxone is highly preferred.
- Social worker in office to assist patients.
- Two experienced nurse practitioners.
- Must have a strong commitment to being a part of a cohesive team.
- Office open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM and 8 AM to noon on Friday allowing for administrative time in the afternoon.
- 25+ patients per day, ages 18 and above.
- Call schedule of 1:6 on a 1-week rotation beginning on Wednesday at 7 AM to Wednesday at 7 AM.
- Telemedicine - video visits.
- Order medications, treatments, labs, etc. as described and permitted under the Ohio State Medical Board and Mercy Health St. Rita's Credentialing Board.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Teach Residents. (Mercy Health Lima has IM, FM, and EM Residency Programs)
