We are hiring a Test Analyst I, an entry-level role designed for quality assurance professionals looking to master software testing, test automation, and defect management in enterprise technology environments.

As a Test Analyst I, you will work alongside senior QA engineers and developers to ensure software meets high-quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesFor Entry-Level Candidates (Recent Graduates & Early-Career Professionals)

Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality.
Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and system issues using test management tools.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior testers to understand testing requirements.
Assist in writing and executing test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Learn and utilize industry-standard testing frameworks and automation tools.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts by gathering user feedback and validating test results.
Maintain detailed test documentation to ensure traceability and reproducibility.

For Candidates with 2+ Years of Testing Experience

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
Conduct API testing, database validation, and performance testing to ensure system stability.
Utilize test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman) to streamline testing efforts.
Work closely with developers to ensure early defect detection and rapid issue resolution.
Assist in CI/CD pipeline testing to support DevOps and Agile methodologies.
