Overview

The ideal candidate for this entry-level role is a motivated, detail-oriented individual to assist with the management and coordination of indoor golf competitions. This is a contract position planned to run through July-November. This role is ideal for someone interested in sports management, event coordination, and the intersection of technology and golf. The Competitions Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth tournament operations and a great player experience.


Key Responsibilities

· Assist in day-to-day operations, planning, organizing, and executing indoor golf tournaments using GOLFZON simulators

· Coordinate player registrations, scheduling, and communication, and tournament brackets aligned with global tour formats

· Operate and monitor GOLFZON systems during competition play, including rule enforcement, scoring validation, and troubleshooting.

· Manage scoring systems and ensure accurate, timely leaderboard updates

· Communicate with participants regarding schedules, results, and tournament updates

· Provide feedback to improve tournament flow and engagement

· Assist with social media or promotional efforts for upcoming competitions

Requirements:

Qualifications

· Strong organizational and time-management skills
