Job Title:

Accounting Representative, Team Travel

Pay Details:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $27.00 per hour.

Summary of Position

This position is responsible for support of club team travel, club team accounting, and for serving as the ABI approver for A/B/BB coaches.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the opening of all checking accounts for all travel teams

  • Monitor travel requests reimbursements

  • Confirm teams have proper back up and adhere to the club travel policy

  • Review and support club team managers with team checking accounts

  • Perform data Entry into QuickBooks Accounting Software

  • Reconcile monthly team bank accounts

  • Provide ad hoc analysis by teams (i.e. revenue and expenses)

  • Upload schedule based on game and practice

  • Monitor and review time punches, coordinating TCR adjustments as needed

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong Excel knowledge

  • Experience w/general ledger and/or accounting software (QuickBooks)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Customer-service oriented

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting

  • Independent thinker, able to initiate ideas and execute them upon approval

  • Strong level of integrity and able to handle sensitive information

  • Able to take direction from multiple parties

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and some holidays
