Internship Overview/The Role :
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships intern to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As a Creator Partnerships intern, you will be part of our client services team and actively contribute to the success of influencer marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to get a feel for what it's like to work and be successful in an agency environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist in sourcing & vetting top-tier student influencers for paid campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide Next Gen clients with insights, learnings and recommendations.
  • Curate creative briefs for various influencer marketing campaigns, to coach influencers ahead of creating content.
  • Create, curate, and edit static and video content for social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Participate in team brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage the target audience and capitalize on trends.
  • Research social trends, platform best practices & optimization tactics for creator programs.
  • Share insights into current student consumer habits and behaviors.

What We're Looking For:
  • You are currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • You are extremely well-versed in and have high acumen for social media platforms, specifically TikTok
  • You have an eye for up-and-coming, Gen-Z based trends, and you're a creative thinker that is willing to travel outside of the box for the right solutions
  • You have photo or video editing experience, proficient in platforms like Canva, iMovie, Photoshop & more. Such expertise would support the creation of GIF's, sizzle reels, and case study videos.
  • You have a good sense of humor and can quickly understand brand voice and tenants, and translate this into related copy that excites, educates, and inspires

Internship Program Details
  • Runs from September 9th, 2026 to December 11th, 2026
  • Availability to contribute 15-20 hours a week over the course of the semester
