Job description

Entry-Level Sales Representative โ€“ Sports Minded

Indianapolis, IN Full-Time In-Person

Competitive by nature? Enjoy setting goals, improving your performance, and being part of a team?

If you come from a sports, fitness, coaching, or competitive background, many of the qualities you've already developed could transfer naturally into sales.

We're growing our Indianapolis sales team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, be coached, and build experience in face-to-face sales.

No previous sales experience is required โ€” full training is provided.

Why Sports-Minded People Can Thrive in Sales

You don't need to have played at a professional level. We're interested in people who understand the value of:

  • Working toward clear goals

  • Taking feedback and applying it

  • Staying motivated when things don't go your way

  • Supporting the people around you

  • Being disciplined and consistent

  • Challenging yourself to improve

Whether you've competed on a team, coached others, trained individually, been involved in college athletics, or simply enjoy a competitive environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Speak with customers face-to-face

  • Represent well-known brands and their services

  • Learn how to communicate, present, and sell confidently

  • Work toward individual and team targets

  • Take part in ongoing training and coaching

  • Develop valuable sales and customer acquisition skills

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in mindset and potential than an extensive resume.

You could be a great fit if you're:

  • Competitive and goal-oriented

  • Comfortable meeting new people

  • Coachable and open to feedback

  • Positive, reliable, and self-motivated

  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team

  • Keen to develop and take on new challenges

Experience in sports, fitness, coaching, team activities, retail, hospitality, or customer service can all be valuable, but isn't essential.

Ready to take your competitive mindset somewhere new? Apply today.

This is a full-time, in-person, face-to-face sales position based in Indianapolis.
