About The Bizarre Agency

The Bizarre Agency is a Miami-based sales and marketing agency that works with brands and organizations through face-to-face customer engagement and promotional campaigns.

We’re currently expanding our local team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

The Opportunity

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll work directly with customers during live campaigns and promotional activations throughout the Miami area.

You’ll receive training on each client campaign before working directly with customers, making this position suitable for candidates without previous industry experience.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating face to face, and working in an active environment rather than sitting behind a desk all day.


What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands during live marketing campaigns and promotional activations

• Engage with customers face to face

• Introduce products, services, and campaign offers clearly

• Answer questions and provide customers with accurate campaign information

• Assist with customer registrations, sign-ups, and sales where applicable

• Build positive relationships with customers

• Learn client products, services, and campaign messaging

• Track daily campaign activity and results accurately

• Work alongside your team to support campaign objectives


Training & Support

• Full training provided

• Learn practical customer engagement and communication techniques

• Receive ongoing coaching and campaign support

• Build hands-on experience in sales, marketing, promotions, and customer service
