Basic Functions of the Job:
* Support Product Design. Provide Engineering support to design and development of products using fundamental engineering principles, theories and techniques. Assigned duties may include design and development tasks to meet operational, space, or functional design requirements. Acquires familiarization with the project, engineering or research effort and company engineering practices and standards. Assignment direction provided by senior engineering staff and work is performed under direct technical supervision.
* Perform Analyses, investigations, or testing where overall design requirements have been specified. Obtain working knowledge of company standard analysis tools. Perform basic analysis, investigation, and design evaluation. Compile data for review by senior engineering personnel.
* Support Verification/Validation of Design. Support the testing of design hardware. Assist in the design or fabrication of prototype product. Document results for review by senior engineering personnel.
* Prepare Documentation. Generate and review the technical content of engineering specifications, drawings, reports and other documentation associated with the hardware design. Generate and present design review packages for internal and external audiences.
* Support Continuous Improvement. Acquire a working knowledge of ES Quality System and the hardware Design Process. Acquire up-to-date knowledge of developments in hardware engineering disciplines.
* Support to Sustainment. Provide Engineering support to products in production. Manage material or performance issues, perform root cause assessments of discovered issues. Perform analysis as required to verify validity of proposed solutions.
Please note: Candidates for these positions will be considered for positions across the greater Nashua, NH area and various engineering hiring teams. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * This position is open to applicants with varying levels of experience. To be considered for an Engineer I, you must have at least a bachelor's degree in an Engineering field. To be considered for an Engineer II, you must have a master's degree OR 2+ years of work experience with bachelor's degree.

* Cadence Allegro for schematic capture and PCB design
* RF circuit design
* Basic microwave Technology
* Proficient in circuit active and passive devices
* Ability to read schematics
* C, C++, Perl, Labview, TestStand Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
