**Job Title: Solar Installer I/II/III**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Solar Installers to join our dynamic team. Depending on your experience level, you may join us as a Solar Installer I, II, or III. Your role will be vital in contributing to our mission of providing clean and renewable energy solutions to our clients. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a passion for sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using plans, schematics, and instructions provided by other team members.
- Assemble solar modules, panels, or support structures as specified on job sites.
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to all safety protocols throughout the installation process.
- Perform routine maintenance or repair of solar systems as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
- Assist in understanding client needs and providing top-notch customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
- Follow safety policies and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

- Travel Requirement: 3-4 Weeks Travel, 1 week no-travel.

**Qualifications:**

- For Solar Installer I: Entry-level position with basic knowledge of solar technology and construction.
- For Solar Installer II: 1-2 years of experience in solar installation or related field.
- For Solar Installer III: 2-4 years of experience in solar installation or in a supervisory capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or training in renewable energy is a plus.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
