Position:

Equipment Maintenance Technician I

Job Description:

The Equipment Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This entry-level position requires a hands-on approach to maintaining equipment in accordance with company standards, safety protocols, and operational requirements. The technician will work under the guidance of senior maintenance staff and supervisors to develop technical skills and gain experience in equipment maintenance.

Fully In Office: Monday-Friday (12am - 8:30 am) Must be able to work overtime when needed. Must be able to do a temporary change of shift as needed for business needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshoot and repair all equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair programming adapters
  • Troubleshoot and repair down to component level
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Hardware and software computer repairs
  • Responsible for maintaining integrity in the use of company assets such as inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • Demonstrate the ability to read electrical schematics and technical blueprints
  • Electrical testing
  • Soldering
  • Able to work in a high stress work environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Great communication skills
  • Preferred Qualification
  • 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, or formal vocational training
  • Experience with pick and place machinery
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing robotic handlers
