ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an entry-level Civil Staff Engineer to join our Bridgeport or Charleston, WV team. As a member of the team, you will contribute to a variety of projects, drive profitability, and collaborate with a group of like-minded professionals in a fast-paced, can-do environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions
  • Support senior engineers in project planning and execution
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports
  • Conduct research and analysis to solve engineering challenges
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Certification: EI/EIT certification desired but not required
Experience: 0–3 years of relevant engineering experience
Software: Microsoft Office proficiency required; AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience a plus
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Travel: Ability to participate in periodic day travel required
