What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including tooling components, production components, and more that serve industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • Proficiency in set-up and operating EDM - required
  • Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
  • Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish

A Day in the Life:
  • Set up and operate Mitsubishi Wire EDM with Esprit programming software
  • Set up and operate Makino EDM Sinker machines.
  • Use Mastercam and NX software to analyze components and molds
  • Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
  • Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
