The Associate AI Solutions Developer / Analyst supports the design, development, and implementation of AI-enabled software, automation, and business solutions. This hybrid role combines technical development, business analysis, and AI tool configuration, working closely with senior developers and analysts to translate business needs into practical, secure, and scalable solutions.

The role is designed for an early-career professional with strong technical fundamentals, analytical aptitude, and a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. The Associate will contribute across the solution lifecycle—from requirements gathering and prototyping through testing, deployment, and refinement—while receiving structured training and mentorship. This position offers a defined growth path with increasing responsibility and project ownership, with the expectation of progression to a mid-level role within 12–24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing AI-enhanced software and automation solutions, including GPT-powered features, Copilot Studio agents, custom developed AI solutions built on Azure such as Document intelligence.
  • Perform business and data analysis: map workflows, document processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and prototype conversational AI tools, test prompts, refine intents, grounding, and guardrails.
  • Support systems integration with enterprise tools (CRMs, SharePoint, data warehouses, Microsoft 365) using APIs, connectors, and secure methods.
  • Participate in quality assurance, testing, debugging, and AI-specific checks (prompt resilience, content moderation).
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Help enforce AI governance policies and verify output accuracy.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders in meetings and (as you grow) client discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (relevant experience or bootcamp certification may substitute).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, PHP, C#, Java, etc.) and familiarity with web development or SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using spreadsheets and basic-to-intermediate SQL.
