● A strong understanding of Instagram analytics and performance metrics.
● Experience using data to improve engagement and content performance.
● Excellent writing and communication skills.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● A proactive mindset with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
● The ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Bonus Qualifications
● Experience working in the food, lifestyle, or consumer products industry.
● Familiarity with affiliate marketing.
● Experience with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling platforms.
● Experience working with influencers or content creators.
● Basic Canva or light photo/video editing skills.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you'll:
● Consistently execute a thoughtful Instagram strategy.
● Increase engagement, reach, and audience growth over time.
● Keep content organized, planned, and published on schedule.
● Provide valuable insights that help improve performance.
● Take ownership of the Instagram channel with minimal oversight.
