Respond to tags, comments, and UGC to cultivate brand love while maintaining a witty, Gen-Z-aligned voice. Share audience sentiment and key insights with the broader team to inform strategy.
  • Content Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content; help pivot in real time based on trends and performance. Support in creating static and video by attending IRL events and capturing in store content.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Paid Social, PR, and Influencer teams to ensure campaign alignment and support execution needs.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay plugged into Gen-Z culture, emerging memes, and platform updates-sharing insights and ideas during brainstorms.
  • Live & Cultural Coverage: Provide occasional social support during key brand moments, which may include evenings or weekends.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and passion for youth culture.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
  • Bonus: Experience using social media management platforms (like Dash Hudson, Monday.com, etc.).
