Job description

The Small Business Advisor serves as an individual contributor focusing on supporting security sector clients through expert consultation and business planning. This role involves direct engagement with small businesses to provide tailored advice that drives growth and operational success. Local travel to client sites is required, and proficiency with Salesforce is essential for managing client relationships and tracking progress. This position offers opportunities for advancement into management and senior advisory roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations to understand and address business needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans
  • Advise security sector small businesses on strategies for growth and improvement
  • Manage client information and interactions using Salesforce
