What Types of Roles Are We Hiring For?
We're hiring across the production floor, including but not limited to:
Machine Operators (Printing & Finishing)
Slitter/Rewind Operators
Production & Manufacturing Support
Quality & Inspection-related roles
Entry-level manufacturing roles with training provided
Applicants will be considered for the role that best fits their experience and interests.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful but not required for all roles
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting
  • Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by role
  • Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and desire to learn

Pay & Shifts
  • Hourly pay varies by role and experience (recently increased)
    • Pay ranges from $20/hr - $27/hr starting rates, dependent on role & experience
    • Shift differentials: $1.00/hr for 2nd shift, $2.00/hr for 3rd shift
  • Multiple shifts available depending on position
  • Overtime opportunities based on production needs
