Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage solutions efficiently on private or public cloud, and ensure they meet established SLAs, with an emphasis on optimizing cloud resource utilization.
  • Maintain database performance by investigating, debugging, identifying and resolving production issues.
  • Implement solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrating monitoring and alerting tools, leveraging existing tools and logging.
  • Monitoring all levels in the application stack.
  • Expand existing automation tools to streamline onboarding.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to provide the best service possible for our customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years professional experience in a production environment.
  • Chef / Ruby
  • Python
  • Lua
  • SQL (postgres)
  • OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana
  • SMTP / email deliverability a plus.
Compensation:
