The Project Coordinator role provides technical and administrative support to the Project Management staff and department for limited aspects of a furniture project, from inception of the project to final close out. The responsibilities encompass supporting the process of project planning, order tracking, resource completion, and project closing activities and tasks. This position is intended to be an entry level role to learn and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be a viable candidate for a Project Manager position.  
 
This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent.  The individual will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his/her supervisor.  Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
 
*Planning and estimating, project evaluation
*Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects
*Track open orders and provide logistics support and coordination
*Provide technical product support
*Assist with securing updated project and installation drawings
*Assist with securing updated Certificates of Insurance required for the project
*Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects
*Review order status
*Interface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner.
*Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M. Administrator
*Coordinate punch list issue resolutions
*Perform open invoice consolidation
*Assist with performing project audits
