As an entry-level Equity Trader, you will undergo a comprehensive training program meticulously crafted to equip you with the essential skills for success in the ever-changing trading environment. Led by our experienced Head Trader and other seasoned professionals, the training commences in the classroom and seamlessly transitions to our trading floor. This position offers an annual base salary starting at $36,000 + a monthly bonus from trading profits.
Requirements
This role is limited to persons with unrestricted/indefinite right to work in the United States.
To be considered for the position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • SIE & Series 57 exams: Employment is contingent upon successfully passing both exams BEFORE the start date.
  • Team player/coachable: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team & a coachable mindset.
  • Emotional discipline: Balancing highs and lows to stay even keel.

While not required, it is highly recommended for interested individuals to take and pass the SIE as soon as possible.
