Social Media & Content Coordinator


Home Show Management Corp. is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our established and growing team in South Florida. This role is ideal for a content-focused professional who is passionate about storytelling, digital media, and the home design and home improvement industry.


In this position, you will manage and repurpose content for our owned media platforms as well as select client accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, quality, and engagement across channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands connect with audiences through social media, blogs, and multimedia content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
  • Repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats, including reels, stories, and short-form video
  • Write and curate social media copy and blog content on a weekly basis
  • Support production and creative efforts for the Home Design Podcast, including video and audio editing, file conversion, and content optimization (preferred)
  • Monitor performance, analyze trends, and adjust content strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goals and campaigns
  • Manage community engagement and interact with followers to foster an active, growing audience


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and copywriting
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to brand voice and detail
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and audience engagement strategies
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content across multiple platforms
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
