Front of House Receiptionist Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit
  • Answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders
  • Ability to communicate in English, fluency in other Chinese is a PLUS
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, and manage reservations and seating arrangements, including waitlist management during peak times
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
