Full-time position, $12-$14/hr DOE About Us We are a growing digital marketing company with clients all over the nation. Our office is located in Downtown Littleton in an awesome coworking space walking distance from the light rail station. We (the 2 co-founders) think of ourselves as fun, young, working professionals - besides the fact that we are complete nerds about SEO and digital marketing.

Our current work load is already at its limit, so we need you to help us scale up. Our Core Values Maximize our client's ROI & build long-lasting client relationships Provide a digital marketing/web development support system that most businesses only dream about Build a loyal team of passionate, hard working, friendly, quirky, and awesome people. About You You will work directly with me, the SEO Director and co-founder.

I will do the off-page, you will do the on-page, and together we will dominate the SERPS. We are looking for someone special who will be a great fit for our awesome digital marketing team. We will consider training the right person if you are a fast learner, wordpress experienced, and SUPER excited about SEO.

Keep in mind your job won't be to simply check off a list of boring tasks absentmindedly - your goal is to rank the client. We are invested in the success of our clients and we provide real results. We are the SEO company that most business owners only wish they knew about - the ones who aren't full of bullsh*t and actually get the job done.

You will be in charge of all the on-site factors (and more) for our clients, including: Analyzing on-site SEO and recommend changes for potential clients (this goes beyond typical on-page software checkers) Performing the most thorough keyword research in the entire world Optimizing the page for ideal keyword densities Creating and mapping landing pages for each group of target keywords Checking for duplicate content both internally and around the web Optimizing meta tags/permalinks/site structure De-index/No-follow unnecessary pages or duplicate content pages Add to Google Webmaster tools and Google analytics Optimizing site speed/transferring hosting if necessary/using a CDN Going over an on-page checklist to fix any miscellaneous errors Ability to perform basic wordpress installation & wordpress edits Ability to perform HTML edits and connect via FTP Ability to write light website content Other miscellaneous tasks to help us out during our rapid growth Bonus if you can also (and want to): Ensure that the client's social media pages are healthy and linked properly Use Hootsuite to create & schedule regular social updates for our clients PPC Skills: ability to optimize a PPC campaign for high quality scores and click-thru rates Compensation: $12-$14/hr DOE. If you need training but are the perfect fit for our company, you will start at the lower end but you can expect regular pay raises for quality work. We know how to treat our employees right.
