We specialize exclusively in deep tech – semiconductor, AI silicon, embedded software, robotics, photonics, and the hardware-led industries shaping the future of compute. The Role


The Entry Level Recruitment Consultant role is our first stepping stone to becoming a full 360 consultant. entry-level position. A structured training programme will be delivered, designed to develop you into a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant.


You'll work closely with our leadership to develop the skills that define exceptional recruitment consultants – sourcing, qualification, candidate management, client development, market expertise, and commercial judgement. You'll learn directly from people who've built recruitment businesses before, in a market experiencing huge growth and huge potential.


You'll start in a resourcing role, learning recruitment from the ground up. You'll source candidates, learn your market by talking to it, and develop the discipline that underpins every successful recruiter. From there, you'll progress into running candidate processes end-to-end, then into client development, until you're operating as a full 360 consultant with your own desk and your own clients.


This isn't a sink-or-swim role. We invest and pride ourselves in your development because we want the people we hire now to be the leaders of this business in the years ahead.
